What changes the number
- Condition — yellowed, built-up, or worn-through finish takes longer than a light interim
- Material — VCT strip chemistry is not linoleum or LVT chemistry
- Access — after-hours windows, elevators, and occupied buildings add logistics
- Coat count — more coats and longer cure windows cost more time on site
