Once the scope is locked, a deposit holds your date and is applied to the final bill if the job runs:
Give 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Same-day cancellation (or any cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice): the full deposit is forfeited and becomes the cancellation fee. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash, check, or bank transfer — no credit cards.
Project-based & prep fees cover extra manual labor beyond running the machines. Operational fees cover a $150 small-job minimum (odor $185), $1.50 / mile round trip outside the corridor, residential weekend/holiday +$75–$150, and commercial overnight at 1.5×. When they apply, they appear on the written scope before work starts.
