Is floor waxing the same as strip & wax?
No. Waxing (finish coats) rebuilds gloss and protection when the existing film can still hold new coats. Strip & wax removes all old finish first. If the floor is yellowed or built up, coats alone will not fix it — you need a strip first.
How many coats do you apply?
Coat count depends on traffic, current film, and the finish system. Commercial jobs often use multiple thin coats with dry time between each. The assessment locks coat count before work starts.
Do you work after hours?
Yes. Waxing and recoats are commonly scheduled overnight or on weekends so floors are dry when staff or customers return.
