Timla Floor Restoration is a hard-floor specialist. Strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnishing, sealing, epoxy, and tile & grout are the core of the business.
Some facilities also need routine janitorial — restrooms, trash, dusting, and daily floor maintenance between restoration visits. We can support that when it sits alongside a floor program. We are not positioning as a national full-facility janitorial brand.
When janitorial support fits
- You already need a Timla strip or interim floor schedule and want one vendor for daily upkeep
- Common areas need light maintenance between deep floor resets
- Property managers want coordinated after-hours access for both scopes
