Hardwood needs a different process than VCT. Aggressive strip chemistry and standing water can ruin a finish that only needed the right clean and polish — or a controlled wax removal and re-application.

When to call
Dull traffic lanes, sticky or cloudy wax buildup, haze from DIY cleaners, or grit that daily mopping will not lift. If the finish is worn through to bare wood, we will say so — that is a different job than maintenance cleaning or wax removal.
